Cancellation Policy

Our facility (Sai Kaguraan) has the following rules regarding cancellation of reservations.
Please be sure to confirm the refund or not and the amount of refund will vary depending on the timing of cancellation.

Cancellation more than 31 days prior to check-in date

Full refund (no cancellation fee)

Cancellation 8 to 30 days prior to check-in date

30% of the room charge will be charged as cancellation fee (70% refundable)

Cancellation 4 to 7 days prior to check-in date

50% of the room charge will be charged as a cancellation fee (50% refundable)

Cancellation 1-3 days prior to check-in date

Full (100%) of the room charge will be charged as a cancellation fee (non-refundable).

On the day of check-in or in case of no-show cancellation

Full (100%) of the room charge will be charged as a cancellation fee (non-refundable).
